• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Refunds: Once returned and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used skincare, opened products, or sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
